To purchase a property in Turkey and apply for citizenship, we first invite you to Istanbul for a few days and welcome you at our offices.
FIRST MEETING AT OUR OFFICE
In the first meeting at our headquarters, we listen to your request and note your needs and demands. Afterwards, our investment consultants prepare a portfolio based on your taste and lifestyle, and present it to you in detail, explaining all the procedures related to title deed transfer and citizenship application processes. We conclude the first meeting by setting up appointment(s) to visit the projects that have been carefully picked out for you, suitable to your taste, your needs and your budget.

FIRST REAL ESTATES REVIEW TRIP
When the appointment day comes, our Real Estate Consultant picks you up from your hotel and take you to visit the projects.
At the end of the day, we have a short evaluation meeting about the projects you have seen, we arrange a second appointment to see the projects that interest you.
SECOND REAL ESTATES REVIEW TRIP
We take a second trip to examine the properties that we may consider purchasing. On this trip, we negotiate tightly with project officials to receive a good discount on their offered price.
At the end of our second real estate trip, we have a short evaluation discussion and set up the second meeting at our office.
SECOND MEETING AT OUR OFFICE
In the case that you decide to buy a property from any of the projects during our second meeting, you will sign a power of attorney to our lawyers. We will then initiate the necessary procedures to manage a risk-free title deed transfer process. Title deed transfer process in Turkey is usually finalized in about a week.
CITIZENSHIP APPLICATION
The documents required for citizenship application will be prepared by us after the transfer of title deed. Our lawyers will proceed with your application for Turkish Citizenship on your behalf.
Your Turkish passport will be delivered to you within 3 months from the date of application.
