How can I get
TURKISH CITIZENSHIP?
Exceptional Regulations were approved by the Turkish Government on 19 September 2019 to lower the minimum investment required for obtaining Turkish Citizenship, from one million USD to 250,000 USD. Accordingly, foreign nationals who invest at least $250,000 in immovable property in Turkey, are eligible to receive Turkey’s EXCEPTIONAL CITIZENSHIP immediately.
The new arrangement has attracted intense interest among foreigners willing to get a Turkish passport, aiming to benefit from the various advantages of being a Turkish citizen; including the opportunity to travel visa-free to 111 countries around the world, access to global markets, a safe and profitable market for investment, a joyful, comfortable and affordable life, etc.
Foreign nationals who invest $250,000 in real estate in Turkey can apply for Turkish Citizenship, for themselves, their legal spouse and their children under 18 years old. In this case, the only mandatory requirement is holding on to the purchased property for three years; meaning the property cannot be sold during the three years from the official date of purchase.
Another type of eligibility for Turkish Citizenship is to deposit $500,000 in Turkish banks for three consecutive years. According to the aforesaid exceptional regulations, the amount of required deposit has been reduced from three million USD to only half a million US Dollars, on the condition that the deposit remains untouched in a Turkish Bank for three consecutive years.
